I just Listed Fox Lofts!

So as I am sure most of you that check this blog on a regular basis know that I was already a big fan of Fox Lofts on Monroe Center. I think this is an amazing project that will sell well and have good re-sale value once built.

So, when is Fox going to start building and when will it be completed?

That’s a great question and it is looking like construction will start in the next 60 days and move in will be the beginning of September.
