Can you please clarify the difference between a loft and a condo? Is there such thing as a loft condo? Does it have more to do with unrestricted interior space layout?
I am a Realtor in Brunswick, GA (incorp. 1856) which is a coastal port area with a healthy revitalization moving forward. Our river waterfront would make prime location for loft living.
